This was a 2700 acre project, focused around self sustainability, from high tech luxury homes that produce there own energy and income, to world class labs, hi tech project based education, and sporting arenas. There was also the only ocean front polo field in the world. A community that provides all needs met for individuals and families in one of the most beautiful settings in the world. A true sustainable Arc and a pattern for future developments worldwide.
